Flow Control
Packard Kelly Valves control pressure and isolate flow while ensuring operational continuity. Employing sturdy metal-to-metal sealing using only 'H2S Trim' materials, these valves meet all API Spec 7V Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 requirements. Further certifications to ABS and DNV standards are also available.
Packard has been producing Kelly Valves for 50 years, and has continuously upgraded our designs to meet the increasing demands of harsh drilling conditions, safety standards, and certification requirements.
CUSTOMIZATION
Packard manufactures a variety of Kelly Valve sizes. We also regularly customize our valves to specific customer needs, and this can include full-H2S, 20 Ksi and highly corrosive environments. We are happy to work with you to assist in solving your toughest problems.

That same technology means Packard Kelly Valves can be rebuilt using internals available in readily available repair kits.
QUALITY & TRACEABILITY
All Kelly Valve bodies, internal components, coating or plating, and other special requests are fully traceable. Certificates are included in data books accompanying the valve.
THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATIONS
Packard will coordinate third-party certifications including ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) and DNV (Det Norske Veritas) per customer requirements.
